Meesho - Poor Seller Service

I am a new seller on Meesho but a authorized seller on Flipkart and Amazon for past * years. On **-**-**** i received order for *KG Almonds on Meesho so i purchased it from wholesale dealer and sent via courier partner of Meesho from the day itself i am receiving ** orders so i sent the products but the items were returning one by one by the customer so i suspect some fraud and checked the order details on Meesho from that i understood the entire order placed by the same person so i complaint it to Meesho suspecting some fraud but they don't replied.One of the return delivered yesterday the item i received is *** Gms Almonds which is well packed from that i understood that the customer is a business man and he changed *KG pack and sent his *** Gms pack so i complaint it to Meesho but they are not accepting it.The same man is ordering again and again but i am not senting anything now he returned the ** orders worth ***** but complainting this Meesho is not at all supporting seller.Because of this fraud i am facing huge financial crisis because i purchased the products in credit so i need a solution from Meesho and take necessary action against the buyer for cheating he may cheat some other sellers also i need a solution ASAP or i will approach consumer court against Meesho and the buyer because in the past * years i faced the fraud first time.
