Bantia Furnitures - Poor quality recliner with in a month recliner is not working for one of the chair

We bought a *+* recliner sofa, which was not having the seating comfort for which we raised complaint they have very irresponsible in considering the complaint. With in a month the manual recliner is not working and the seating comfort is very bad which I told them but they said it is very unusual and impossible to have such complaint.
