Bantia Furnitures - Misleading people by providing inappropriate information (Bantia Furniture)

Hi Sir/Madam,
I am sorry to say about that worst services served by “Bantia Furniture”.
Last **th July, **** at evening time me and my family booked a Q.S-*-(*.*) hydrolic cort in secunderbad (Bowen Polly, Paradise) ***, Bantia Estate, Sikh Road, Secunderabad-*** ***. This cort will take by EMI facility. The finance guy explain me the EMI facility plain and program and at the time of purchase I don’t carry my id proof. That’s why he says tomorrow i.e. Monday we will meet at any place and he takes my Id proof. On that time I completely agreed. On next day(Monday) morning when I call the finance boy(Boy Name is- Rizwan) he says today it’s not possible to meet me that’s why he meet me on next day( Tuesday) and take my Id proof as well. At that time I also agreed with that because Monday I have more office works.
Below is my problem started:-
*. *st problem Tuesday morning (**th July, ****) Rizwan called me and he say give me your local address proof because I have my hometown id proof. I say I have a gas bill in my local address. Rizwan says Gas bill, Electric bill and Rent agreement not accepted for local address proof. That is Ok. But, here is my question at the time of purchase a product he never says needs local address proof. Rizwan says he look out the matter once he reach in office. Same day afternoon time again Rizwan call me and show the different plain in “Tata Float finance company” plain. But, EMI plain is too high that’s why I totally disagreed and I say I didn’t need the product and return my money. At that time he show the “Capital Float Finance Company” plain but, it’s a very comfortable and I agreed the plain. Rizwan says Wednesday (**th July, ****) please come at our secunderabad store and he needs a signature. I agreed on that and the next day I go to the secunderabad branch. Rizwan says by whats app voice message once signature done I will get my product on Thursday i.e. (**th July, ****).

*. *nd problem is Thursday morning I called your store your Sales Executive (Assaf) says today evening I will got received my product. ETA is *:** PM (IST). But, timeline failure because till now my finance has been not approved yet. Finance person name is –Balaji. Next day i.e. Friday evening I will get my product.

*. *rd problem as per your commitment after delivery the product technician came within ** hrs for fitting purposes. But, technician came in today’s morning ( **nd July, ****) that means completely your timeline failure.

*. *th problem when technician open the product you send a complete wrong structure in my product. My bed size is */* but you sent */* bed structure.


*. *th Problem Whenever I called your store and talk to our sales executive boy (Assaf) neither he well trained nor he provide the correct & complete information by the customer.

Still now in today’s date my problems not solved yet.
