I have bought a Saree from Shalus Craftistic for **** in December **** but a wrong saree of poor quality was delivered. The seller sold the product through Facebook, now when requested for exchange or refund, she has blocked us on facebook so that we cannot contact her. Not replying to WhatsApp messages also. She sent an additional saree by mistake which we returned, she has pay courier charges for it which she is not paying. I am very disappointed and need a refund.
