Vastrova - Poor quality product and refused to return money

I ordered a lehnga choli from vastrova website . They called me and asked for confirmation of order and assured me about quality and Hassel free return.
On their website every product have *.*-* star rating(which is fake again). But what I received is of poor quality and not matched what shown in display image.
Now when I asked for return they ready to accept the return but put the condition and condition is , they will only return money in vastrova wallet so that we can purchase again.
But this whole company is a big fraud and they just displaying fake rating and fake reviews and even according to their will they changed their policy.
They will never call you to solve your query .
And they never write clearly below the display image that return money will be transferred in vastrova wallet.
I have emailed ** times to their executive but they will never call you.
So , I want my money back and don't want to purchase from their website in future because they are selling *rd class quality product.
