Avita Laptop - Poor quality of the Laptop and after sale Support

I am writing to file a complaint against Nexstgo Vaio for the poor quality of the laptop that I purchased from their company and the lack of customer support that I have received in addressing the issues with the product.

I purchased the laptop in December of last year, and within a few months of use, I began to notice yellow spots appearing on the screen. At first, these spots were not very visible, but over time they have grown into large squares that are very noticeable and distracting. In addition to the aesthetic issues, these spots have also caused my camera and microphone to stop working properly.

I have attempted to address these issues by contacting Nexstgo Vaio's customer service and visiting the service centers listed on their website, but I have been told that they are no longer offering services for Vaio laptops. I have also contacted the importer of the laptop, but they have claimed that the damage is physical and have refused to offer any assistance. However, I have always handled my laptop with care and am confident that the damage is not due to any action on my part.

I am disappointed and frustrated that I have received no support or assistance from Nexstgo Vaio in addressing these issues with my laptop, which is barely a year old.
