Vastrova - Poor quality of product

I asked Vastrova to return back my product and for which they revert me back or send me the pic of the product, order no., an image of the courier receipt. Sending all these info via mail they gave me a lame excuse as the product is good as per the image shared by you and there is no defect we apologise but can't return it. I mean what type of person they are how can they visualize the stuff of the product. It's a very bad product with bad quality in a sheer manner. I replied to them of returning back otherwise I'll escalate the matter on the social platform still they revert me back with the same excuse.
