RK ENTERPRISES filed complaint against Hitachi Air Conditioner on Jun 13, 2022
Last year in July **** we bought * Window AC from Hitachi under the name of RK ENTERPRISES.

Recently both these AC's had cooling issues which is why we registered a complaint via Hitachi Whats App. Complaint Number are : *********** & *********** on Tuesday. Since that Day the issue has not been resolved and still the AC's are not cooling and creating trouble. I am trying to speak to Mr. Raghav who is Area Sales Manager here at Lucknow on +**-********** but he is not responding to my calls, nor has he called back even a single time.
I am not able to understand why Hitachi, which is a Global Brand, has such a poor service team which can't even find out the real problem. First time when a boy from the service team came, he said the Stabilizers were not working properly. I called the VGuard guys - they clearly told me Stabilizers are working fine. Second time when another boy came, he changed a part and said now AC's will work fine. But the cooling issue wasn't resolved even then. Third time when the same boy came he said that the compressor was at fault.
Four Days back I sent one email of Pathetic Service Support at customercare@jci-hitachi.com but no response came. Today again I am writing this email in good faith to Hitachi Customer Support, in hope that some response will come. If not then I will be compelled to file a case against Hitachi India in Consumer Court.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
