On August **,**** I ordered a Kit Kat waffle from your Belapur sector ** store, priced at ₹***. Unfortunately, the product was of extremely poor quality — the stuffing was minimal, lacked flavour, and overall tasted very disappointing. This was far below the standard I expected, especially for the price paid.
When I raised my concern with your staff member, Mr. Dhananjay, I was told, “next time it will not happen.” While I appreciate the verbal assurance, it does not address the loss of money and the unpleasant experience I had this time.
I request either a full refund or an immediate replacement of the product to make up for this unsatisfactory service. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to share this experience on public review platforms and escalate the matter to your higher management.
I trust you will treat this complaint with urgency and ensure such incidents do not happen again.
