I placed a take way order of Belgian Chocolate Dark Waffwich on December *, **** at **:**:** I got my order after **-** minutes as they had some inner work going on, by the time I got back my wafflewich was cold and it was burnt from the both sides, the next day I went back to the same place in order to get the replacement or refund anything they would be comfortable with but they opposed and disapproved to give me any of that.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
