I ordered three dresses costing ****/- from Clothing Heart. I did not receive any email about the product details. I got the delivery on Sunday, May ** **** and I paid the money to the executive as it was COD order. The sad part is the material is of poor quality, not even close to what I saw on the website and to make it worse, it doesn't fit me at all (I usually buy medium but this time I ordered XL thinking that I can get the fitting done if it is loose for me, but even XL did not fit me). I wrote an e-mail the same day and I have tried calling the customer care number N number of times after I got the delivery but in vain, as it is always switched off. So I want to return the products and get my money back (refund) ASAP.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
