Clothing Heart - Wrong Package delivered of low quality and No Customer Support

I ordered a product from the website named www.clothingheart.com I recieved wrong product which was also of low quality. The colours were all dull. I also recieved late delivery. I tried to contact the customer support but recieved no response. I contacted them through all possible resources (phone,sms,email,whatsapp,facebook). There phone number is continuously busy.
I request a refund for this product and would this website to shut down due to many people having negative responses on many websites.
