Dipak Kumar Satapathy filed complaint against Jio on Aug 30, 2019
Telecom operator Jio is claiming "The World's Largest Data Network" however post portion into Reliance Jio in Postpaid segment. I am not able to get network. I called their customer care & approached to DOT also. But as per them, my location is far away from the serving site. Now I am not getting any signal / poor signal at my home & office. Not sure what to do now & why should I pay for service which I am not getting from the operator?
