I am willing to disconnect the connection but I have received no response from the service provider.
The service agent does not receive calls and I have been receiving zero help from the customer support.
The issues with the internet connection are as outlined:
-Frequent disconnections
-Speed issues
-Upon raising a service ticket it takes *-* days for the technician to visit and fix the problem, we cannot stay without the internet for *-* days especially at times like now when everyone's working from home.
I raised a disconnection request on **rd August which is still pending.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
