Intech Online Private Limited - Broadband Internet Outage not Resolved

Mach* Broadband keeps bringing down the internet and does not add extra time for the hours / days lost.

The customer support model is incompetent and the technicians show up whenever they feel like to resolve the issues pointing to poor work ethics.

This time, I have raised complaint on **th July and since * days the complaint has not been resolved causing a big impact to work as internet is unavailable.

They have taken payment for the year and for total of * month in that year, internet has not been working. It is pathetic as the tech office is right next doo to my place but they still take upwards of * days to resolve an internet outage causing a customer to chase them for resolution.

This was last straw hence raising a complain
