sir/madam,
I wish to state you regarding monopoly exchange system of flipkart. I ordered a samsung on * with exchange of my J*.(order id- OD*****************). It(my phone) passed the online task by the flipkart but the agent says it's a defective product.but i assure the phone is very genuine.The agent denies to accept and ready to check my phone.
I request any other agent to check my phone.
Kindly accept my request and whosever the defaulter is, need to be punished. whether me or him.
