Vi Idea - POOR DATA HOLD ON MOBILE NO

Dear vi i m try due bill payment but, i have problem in our data connection last **,** months above.. but i paid our bill payment, i am complaint raise on last * months my problem is not solve now till date and my mobile no is hold to vi, how hold you. my complaints is not solve and last * months back i pay penalty charge also my problem share our all department team ( service, vi customer care, whats up text and payment collect team also) this vi is very very poor response on customer problem my continue till date.. so, dear vi please action immediately and remove hold my mobile no.********** then after i will pay our due payment
