I placed an order on the case factory india and succesfully completed the payment i received an email confirmation but no tracking information . I want to replace the picture quality i uploaded on the customize one. There are no cancel option on their website so I have made several attempts to contact the company via their provided email address (thecasefactoryindia@gmail.com) ,teamcasingmumbai@gmail.com and their instagram. but I have received no response. There is no customer care number available on their website, making it impossible to resolve the issue through direct communication.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
