I placed an order late at night and in the morning, I asked for cancellation but they said it cannot be done since they had processed it, I was not able to use the coupon that is why I wanted to place a new order and cancel the existing one. It’s been * days and I have no information about the dispatch.Their customer support number is never reachable.
