Bharti Airtel - Poor connectivity and fraudulent service

I get frustrated everytime i use my airtel *g. It has been ** days since all this started. One can not use internet for more than * minute continuously. Airtel doesn't seem to bother about it. All that their customer service guys do is lying.
I used to praise airtel for its service once, but they are now offering a pathetic service. Anyone would get frustrated after using such kind of service. I don't want any refund from them . At least they do something to strengthen their network power.
Fact is, they have increased quantity of their customers to such an extent that they can't now handle the burden.
