This Balvinder Kumar. I am a user of Airtel prepaid number ********** since long. On **/**/****, I faced a issue of stolen internet data as I wake up in the morning and get a SMS that I have consumed **% of my daily data whereas I have not used it. I approached to customer care of Airtel company by dialing *** number and asked for details of data consumption where they said that I have used this data during night but it was not true. I talk to senior supervisor in customer care who told me to resolve the issue within * hours but in vain till date. I had talked to senior supervisor at **.** AM about the issue but I surprised to have a SMS at *.** AM that I have consumed **% of data but no one in Airtel company is giving exact details of data consumption where the data had used. I have also received some calls from other staff of Airtel but the issue is still unresolved. I have also written to Airtel at ***@airtel.com but no useful response have received yet.
Therefore it is requested to needful plz
