This complaint regarding the poor service provided by the Suzuki two-wheeler India. Due to poor, irresponsible & non-skilled labour work. My bike facing a serious issue. To resolve the same Suzuki service station asking me to spend around Rs. *****/-.
Following are the incidents happened with Suzuki two-wheeler service stations which raise the question about the quality of the service.
Incident * :
It was the first time I serviced my bike in Pune at 'Hira' Suzuki, Kasarwadi, Pune. Along with general checkup, I mentioned some additional issues also. But those issues were not resolved, can say not worked on same. I again took my bike to the service centre for the re-work. Though after this incident I serviced my bike at the same service centre several times (unfortunately!) as it is falling near to my office and saves my time but it didn't actually.
Incident * :
I shifted to my new home Kondhwa, Pune and did the first service of my bike at kgn Suzuki Kondhwa, Pune. After service, the bike’s performance went worst than before service. Not a single work is done honestly. For the same, I raised a complaint on Suzuki web portal. You can check for same with complaint history.
Incident * :
On Nov **, I took my bike to Hira Suzuki for some issues related to chain noise and brakes. At that time they fixed the issue but after two weeks, I started facing the same issue with chain noise. When I took my bike to Hira Suzuki service station they gave me some non-sense reasons like you are travelling daily ** km that's why you are facing issue, the lubrication needed after every **** km (make sense) but here I drove my bike for *** km only from the last repair and the chain was like non lubricated. It means they have not lubricated last time. As a solution, they have asked me to replace the chain and sprocket again! Whereas, as per their request, I replaced my bike’s chain and sprocket already after ***** km of running as per Hira Suzuki's advice. I did not agree with the same as they are asking me to change the chain and sprocket again after ****-**** km which does not make sense to me. There will be three possibilities with this,
(a) The chain and sprocket design is faulty.
(b) Hira Suzuki doesn’t replace it ever.
(c) Replaced but have no idea how to fit properly.
After all these incidents I raised complaint again and again on the Suzuki web portal. I came to know that the actual issue is not with chain and sprocket but it is with the shaft which connects engine and transmission and it is worn out. This issue I faced due to non-skilled work done by Heera Suzuki while replacing the chain and sprocket first time. Because of poor work done by ‘Suzuki service station,’ my bike is not running smoothly without noise, still, I can feel the noise and I am not feeling like I am riding a well maintained and a well-designed bike.
Now I want expense that required for same should be taken care of by Suzuki Motorcycle India. I am requesting please drive this issue to higher level Suzuki India and help me to run my bike smoothly.
