The franchise has not given the RC book Copy after selling the bike in ****. We were following up with the franchise continuously from then. They never seemed to care about it. We finally approached SuzukiMotors for a solution. After ** days now they are telling me to go back and deal with the franchise and refused to resolve the issue. We took the steps to get duplicate copy of RC from our side.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
