LIC - Policy Surrender
Pradeep Thakur filed complaint against LIC on Aug 11, 2018
I want to close my policy which was taken by me in **** and i had also given NACH mandate for the same,as i am not able to continue it due to financial problem.There is an agent at Lic Itarsi branch through which i had taken policy but now he is saying that policy cannot be closed and mandate cannot be closed.
Kindly help me out in closing this policy.
