Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that I am residing in the below mentioned address.This is to bring your kind notice and information that front of our house there is an airtel pole which is bending and unsafe, this can fall anytime and cause big harm to anybody. I have also registered a CM helpline complaint, if there any incident happens then you must be responsible for this.
Request you to look and instruct your technical engineer to safeguard and remove the airtel pole. I would be very thankful if you cooperate with us.Please find the attached pictures for the reference.
