The phone was purchased about two weeks ago and had a problem with the screen upon arrival. Scrolling to the left/right or up/down changed the text color from black to pink. So a compliant was registered and a replacement phone was delivered. That phone also had the same problem. I was assured by the customer service that if the problem persisted, a refund will be provided. But that did not happen. I visited the customer service office in Bangalore and they said since they are able to replicate the issue on all the phones they have, it is not a defect. I want my money back.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
