Ana filed complaint against Ratnadeep on Jul 6, 2019
I was asked to pay * rupees for a aplastic carry bag even after I purchased around ****+ provisions from Ratnadeep kondapur. Upon showing the SC verdict on the plastic carry bag issie, the manager of kondapur branch of Ratnadeep became so impatient and justified that they are seelong plastic bag for money because they do not want to promote plastic bag and all.
Though the charges on the goods are high we had to pay ** rupees for * carry bags and had to wait for ** mons for the manager to come.
Someone pls look into the issue asap
