I have purchased vegetable worth rupees *** on ** April **** at **:** hrs. Their staff has charged ** rupees for the carry bag which has its own branding. I asked the manager what is the reason for charging as there is a direct instruction from consumer forum not to charge for a carry bag. The same was briefed but the manager insisted and asked me to complain to the concerned forum.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
