I made payment of Rs. **** in Delhi for a one-year subscription including ** HD channels for a year in Feb **** for independent TV. Slowly HD channels removed after some time, then from **th March, all the sports channels and English movies, English news some kids channels (channel not subscribed) are not showing. In short, only a few channels are coming (and at some channels, it is showing this channel is not showing due to a technical issue). Not able to connect with their customer care contact number: ***********. I contacted the distributor he misbehaved and inform me that my plan is of Rs **** and hardware & installation charges are Rs ****. Really, I was told that plan is of Rs **** for a year. This is total fraud from a big company like Independent Tv (Reliance). Please refund the amount which I paid or else start the channels which are now closed for a year.
