Dominos Pizza - Pizza not delivered

Hi,
i ordered at **:** on **th august. and i received it at *:** but since my pizza cheese and topping were smashed into the box so i called them to remake it and they agreed to it.

But, i didn't receive it till *:** also, then i again called customer executive about the order. They told me to wait( to contact restaurant manager )and promised to deliver the pizza within next ** minutes.

But again i didn't get it. then again i talked to them and this time i contacted their supervisor. he also told me the same thing and kept me in the loop and promised to do the same i.e arrange a callback and deliver pizza but again i didn't receive anything neither the call nor the pizza.........this process continues till *:** in the evening,

and this time i told them to make me in contact with the floor manager. he promised to tell me that i will receive the call from GM this time within * to ** minutes but i didn't receive it and now the time is * pm.

My entire day got spoiled because they keep promising falsely and i waited and waited and waited to ultimately get my pizza and eat but nothing happens.

I ordered at **:** and till this complain writing it is *:** Pm ....* hours i waited ......so much mental torture they have done to me for this pizza.....

My order no was *** on **th august and my complaint raised no is *******. i have ordered from east patel nagar , new delji branch, ******

This is not just about money. so much emotional torture and mental pain they caused me. whole independence day and rakhi festival got spoiled.
i didn't have my lunch because i was waiting, waiting and waiting.

i am lodging this complain to get the compensation for this mental harassment this type of companies are doing to customers like me. They should tell on what grounds they get the right to harass customers.

my entire details of the orders are mentioned above.

Please provide the resolution apart from getting refunds.
