I have ordered one saree online from pitambari saree on ** Aug **. They have cancelled my order and not informed me about cancellation.And my payment also not refunded till now.
when I called to customer care then they are telling that ur order cancelled, and for refund they are asking my card details and Paytm number n other confidential information.
If I have done the payment by NetBanking then in same mode of payment they should refund the amount.
Now nobody responding on call or email.
