I have purchased an item (saree) from pitambari sarees on **th August ****,the item got delivered on *nd of September ****, unfortunately the item that was displayed to me at the time of purchase and the item that was delivered to me has no resemblence at all, I feel I am cheated on this deal, hence I want complete refund of my money, I have been trying for refund and to get in touch with them via email and wats app but they have not responded to me, request intervention in this regards
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
