Make My Trip - Pid amount not refunded

We had booked a round trip for * passengers from Abu Dhabi to Armenia. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing war situation, the flight was cancelled by the airline. As per their policy, when a flight is cancelled by the airline, a full refund must be issued to the customer.
We have been continuously following up with Air Arabia, and they have confirmed that a full refund of AED **,*** has already been processed to the MakeMyTrip account. We also have valid proof of this transaction.
However, MakeMyTrip has refunded only AED *,*** to us, and the remaining amount is still pending. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, there has been no proper response. Their helpline number keeps us on hold for hours without connecting to any agent. When we tried calling their Dubai office, the call was answered by someone who claimed it was a wrong number and disconnected the call. The office address mentioned also appears to be incorrect, as there is no proper office functioning there.
This situation is extremely distressing, as we have lost a significant amount of our hard-earned money. We kindly request your assistance in helping us recover our remaining refund by taking appropriate action and lodging a case against MakeMyTrip.
