I Had raised a return request on last Saturday right after my order was delivered to me the same day yet no one has come to pick it up and everyday I get an OTP that the order will be picked up.
I had mailed the urbanic team several times and my issue wasn't resolved as they promised that the assistant will come to pick it up but nobody showed up.
I don't need the item and i want my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
