FIRST CRY COM - Pickup not performed for replacement product

I have ordered a product RforRabbit vroom cyle from firstcry on ** Dec ****, the same got delivered on ** Dec ****. While installing the cycle we noticed that there is a bend in back tyre and raised replacement request on ** Dec **** the same got approved on * Dec **** after raising concern for approval. Then the pick-up was scheduled on * Dec **** and received a message statinv that pickup failed due to wrong address (Eventhough customer has no option to change address from the delivery location), Again reached out to customer care on * Dec **** and they already escalated for pivk-up and informed to wait for ** hours again i have call the customer agent on ** Dec **** still no ressolution and asking to wait for pick-up as soon as possible, but they are not conforming the max date by which they will pick-up and action if not picked up.
