I was should different product and I did asked for what was showed to me and later the packed a different product which has no use of . As I already told them that it's a bday gift so packed it properly without any missing and at the same time the product was on sale nd I went for exchange with fresh product which was told me that you can only get fresh product in exchange not sale one but later the did the sale item as I refused to buy that.Even I asked them to put in same box of item and they were like ma'am we don't have box of this . Now they are refusing for exchange .
