Meesho aap - Pickup not have been taken for the return product

Hi sir / Madam,

I have regular customer to the meesho. But this time totally disappointed with the recieved product..I have ordered yellow color but received deep orange and does not look good. So I decided to return the product. **th April I have received the product , after saw the product within ** mins I have raised a return request on that same day..but today **th April still the return product is not picked up from my side...lot of time I have raised the complaint regarding to take the return product..

Issue : Drawer organiser is delivered through * vehicle but pickup person is arranging through as * vehicle...so the pickup person itself refused to take the return product because it's heavy product..

I asked customer service to arrange a person * vehicle (truck/auto) pickup person to collect the return product.

I did not get any solution from meesho chat as well as..So, finally I m trying In mail to get solved my problem. (Attached image)

Or else credit my refund amount to my account..
