Snapdeal company - Pick up not collect and doing misbehave with me

Hi,

. I am totally frustrated with your pick up boy from Shadowfax rajendra more ***********, Agarwal area, Vasai east location. I cordinate with him from **.**am he said that I am at dmart like **-** min distance from my location, he replied I will come after *-*hrs. After **.**pm approx I called then he replied I have **-** parcel to deliver here after that I will come. Then *.**pm approx when again I called then he replied I have other works not only yours. Then after*. **pm i got msg that my parcel is rescheduled for unsuccessful reason although he is neither come at my place nor contact me. Every time I contact him. At last when I called him to ask that why my parcel is rescheduled, I am available for today only your parcel?? He abusing me and said "" Kya ukhad lega, niche aakar dikha" And slang on my mother.. Etc. I want to take strictly action on his boy and their job. Pls also send to shadowfax to remove his job at currior service bcoz he will again not try to talk like this things to others customers.
