Prathima Arur filed complaint against Myntra on Apr 12, 2021
Received defective product. Which they are denying pick up without prior intimation that my pincode won't be serviceable. Although another item was serviced same day same for pin code.
On covid situation they are forcing me to self ship it through courier, using my money. Which they refuse to refund into my bank account. They have created a policy where refund is only to myntra credit which is myntra pocket, and forcing to shop with them again.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
