Nickita Gupta filed complaint against Airtel on Feb 5, 2021
On dated * Feb ****, I and my dad had visited Airtel gallery which is located next to Dominos pizza Andheri Kurla road, Andheri - East Mumbai - ****** for migrating Airtel postpaid number to prepaid number. The sales excecutive Mr.Rahul Singh gave a very sweetest brief on the plan of *** DTH plan with * connection of number along with the commitment stating with free installation,free lifetime service wherein his boss and so called himself says as Store manager Mr Sushant also was present. When we agreed with the plan and port out all our Vodafone number to Airtel To avail the services as the product was good and next day they said installation of DTH will be sent to your place wherein you do not have to pay single penny and directly bill wil be generated to pay your dues according to the usage of the plan which is customisable accordingly to your needs.
When next day on dated * Feb **** we recieved an call from an respersentative stating that we are coming at your place to install the DTH keep ready amount of Rs.**** for the installation along with advance payment of DTH recharge, when we clearly stated them that a single penny wasn't said us to be paid to you and argument took place, he connected the call to their senior Mr Jay Mishra who was totally useless fellow started teaching us the difference between miscommunication and wrong product sales pitch and Said us that we have misunderstood the plan and their sales guys is totally perfect in pitching the product. when we said to connect to the gallery sales person or store manager to clear his doubts, he connected an lady from the branch and she utter nonsense things which lead to argument and we decided to get visit the store again.
On same day *.** pm we visited the gallery and met the same sales guy Mr Rahul Singh and Mr Sushant ( store manager ) and said him to clarify the doubts they started teaching us the NCFA amount which chargeble at time of recharging the DTH stating these charges are as per TRAI services we cant help anything on this it's an overall rule of all DTH services.when we asked why the same was not been explained before at time we met first time on * Feb **** they seriusly started abusing me and my father and went on a girl dignity, character & my standards. They assualted me in the gallery gave me foul language in front of my father I was seriusly embarrassed. They even said this line " Apko dekhke Lagta nai hai aapke standard bhi hai aur aap corporates mein kaam Karti ho, gire hue log Aisa kaam karte hai.... Said by the so called Store manager Mr Sushant and all the guy in Airtel store as well the ladies where laughing as if an climax show was going on... Is this type of customer service is being given by the Airtel company by hiring so cheap people with no standards.... Are you recruiting employee just to show clients standards in the gallery...
I have complained and taken the matter to upper management to grivenace department, to TRAI, to consumer forum, @airtelpresence @twitter, @ Facebook to show the true colours of Airtel double standard employee. The * guys Mr Sushant ( store manager) and the guy Mr Rahul Singh ( sales excecutive ) will loose their jobs and that my guarantee
What will now the Airtel company wil do will they give back my standard my character certificate and my respect back ? Wil they even bother to take an action on these employee they recruit so they have that much dignity in today's date ? Do Airtel have double standard ?
