My phone is redmi note ** pro max which I purchased from Amazon on **/**/****. My phone got out of warranty. But after that when I updated the software my phone started lagging with various issues such as front camera stopped working, videos stopped playing, no voice is coming during calls. When I went to service center they said your warranty period is over you have to pay for the issue you caused. So why should I pay for the issue which is caused by company itself. And the issue occurs after my warranty period was over. So it's not my fault. Resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
