I paid an amount of Rs**** on my bill of Rs.****.** on *nd April ****due dat of bill was *th April ****. Have provided proof of payment and requested them to check at their end but not disconnect the line as online classes are on.Complaint filed and evidence given on *th April yet the phone services were disconnected and one week later they have not yet done anything to resolve
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
