Bharti Airtel India - Broadband Line not connected

I had applied for a fixed broadband connection for Airtel. Their executive visited my home and said my area was available for the connection, assured me that the connection would be done within * days, and asked me to pay * months of advance payment which I made online on their portal. On completion of payment, I received a message saying that within ** hrs I will be contacted by an engineer for installation but that never happened. I waited till * days after which I started calling them, tweeting them but there was no proper reply from their side. Every day they said the connection would be done by end of the day but to no avail. After * days of full payment, I now receive a call from them saying my area is not feasible and it would take more than * weeks for a connection. I am asking them for a refund for which there is no reply from their end. I was relying on them since no other service provider was providing a connection in less than * days. I have lost many days of my work because of a lack of internet and now will have to bear more because of these frauds.
