Hello, sir / mam myself mayuri. I try to * time pay electricity bill MSEDC online from phone pe. phone pe deduct money from my account. but it is not paid. After raising tickets it takes *days to resolve my issue but not refund me. Please I need support to lodge a complaint in consumer forum and what I do.
