Justdial - Phone number privacy Shared with multiple Blood Test centres

I was checking the available Blood Test centres in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh on my mobile phone using Google Chrome. I got to check one of the centres and the job is done.
The very next moment, I got two calls from different Blood Test centres and surprisingly a two WhatsApp messages (from another two different test centres) from an unknown number regarding my search for tests.
I asked the people I got the calls from about how do they get my contact number directly with my random search for something on Internet via Mobile. I got shocked to know that the test centres people are paying out to Justdial for sharing my phone number; which is minting money using my personal number and without my consent.
Indeed I got irritated with the unwanted follow up.
I would like to make a formal complaint to the respective Authorities to take legal action.
