I have filed FIR with cybercrime branch Mumbai and Court case as well against shoprishi.com. I ordered Redmi Note * Pro mobile from www.shoprishi.com on *th May **** and made payment of amount Rs ***** through Phonepe. I called on customer care number on *th May **** but customer care executive said that order won't get delivered. You won't get a refund. I ended up a call with a heated argument with him. I have sent email to cyber crime cell Mumbai, Maharashtra, Delhi, and Mumbai police. Have tweeted to these twitter handles. Got some info about that account number and real mobile number of that Dipak Kumar. Together we can fight back with them and get our hard earned money back. Please put some efforts and file FIR to the nearest police station.
