Deepak R Chandran filed complaint against Le Eco on May 30, 2017
It is with deep regret that I am drafting this email. I had purchased the Leco Le* phone from Flipkart in August **** during the independence day offer.
I found the phone to be really good during the initial days of use.
However after * months I was facing issues with the touch facility. Hence I handed over the phone to your service center in Alwaye - Ernakulam District, Kerala on **th March ****. I used to regularly call them and they were updating me that the phone was under repair.
Last week they called and told me that the shop where they get it repaired is being closed and they have to get it repaired from another shop which is yet to open. I don't know how long I have to wait again until the phone is repaired.
I have already waited for close to * months now. In the meantime I am using an old *g phone of mine which doesn't have any of the modern smartphone features and hence causing much inconvenience to me.
I find this a grave injustice to the consumers. As a result of this I doubt if I would buy any of your products in future or recommend it to any of my friends or relatives.
Further to this I visited the store in person on Saturday to check the condition of my phone since it is over * months since I handed over I found that the phone is completely dead. The manager told that he will get it repaired but couldn't provide me an exact date.
As a result of this I am facing inconvenience.
Attached is the acknowledgement I received when I handed over the phone in March.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
