I had submitted my handset named the Le eco max * in a service centre named Shriram Neotech. Its been * months and a half they haven't returned my phone nor has the company refunded or answered my mails or calls. I have been going through losses and also filed a complaint in the consumer court. my case number is CC ***/**** and the second hearing has been scheduled for **st September. Kindly help me for how do i get the company to the court.
