Geddada Avinash filed complaint against Mi Mobile on Feb 5, 2019
I brought this phone in July ****. This mobile was not working properly since * months. Network problems it seems. When I reached the service centre. They were saying that there was no internal problem and there is no internal damage. We didn't get what the problem is so that you should change the motherboard and it costs ****rs it seems. I asked about warranty then was saying warranty will not be applicable for this damage. This company is selling worst phones at a low price and demanding high prices when went wrong.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
