philips electronics ltd - philips 32" led tv not functioning

dear sir,
we have procured philips led model number **pfl**** , serial number ******** from vasanth&co, trichy on **.**.****. thro' bajaj finserv emi card.
manufacturer warranty * years, bajaj bllianz extended warranty * years.
now, i didn't get any support from philips / bajaj finserv /bajaj bllianz to rectify the issues in the TV.
it is in bajaj allianz warranty, but they are refusing to attend.
copy of invoice and bajaj allianz's extended warranty proposal form.
kindly help / advice.
